COVID 19 – delivery information:
We are continuing to operate as normal at our Indian Food Carriage hub. Our facility has plenty of space for social-distancing, and we have enhanced hygiene practices to ensure that you and our staff remain safe.
Our delivery partners are currently dealing with unprecedented volumes of parcels, and so some deliveries may, regrettably, take longer than anticipated. We apologise for any inconvenience and advise that if your order is time-sensitive, you upgrade to a tracked or next day delivery service at the checkout.

Please note that a tracking number is not provided for UK Standard deliveries. However, all UK standard deliveries will have a parcel ID, which will be updated once a delivery attempt or delivery is made.
*Most delivery will be made within the usual time-frame, but some areas and services may experience delays.
**Exceptionally, some next-day services may take 48 hours due to restrictions on the number of parcels collected.
European deliveries
Currently, there are some delays with sending parcels to EU countries from the UK. This is due to the UK leaving the European Union. We will keep you updated with any notifications as they happen.
